What meals are included?
Lunches on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, as well as morning and afternoon coffee Sunday–Tuesday. 

Are there shuttle buses from the hotels?
Shuttles are provided July 12­–16 from the Sheraton and the Westin. Other hotels are within walking distance of the convention center.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?
5 Guys Transportation offers a shared ride/shuttle service for $30/person each way. A taxi is $45–$50 each way. Uber/Lyft ranges from $31–$50 depending on car type and time of day.

I'm driving; is there parking near the convention center?
Daily parking is available at for $10–$30/day depending on the lot. Recommended garages include: 1210 Broadway, Cathedral Square, Block 89 Garage or Arts District Garage. For overnight parking, contact your hotel for rates and information.

Can I change the T-shirt size I selected when I registered?
Sizes selected during registration are for planning purposes only; you are not required to select the same size onsite. 

I already registered; how do I add a RAMP Awards Dinner ticket or an Opening Night Block Party ticket?
Contact registration at (888) 505-1292 to modify your registration. 

Is there luggage storage at the conference?
Luggage storage will be available on Saturday, July 13 and Tuesday, July 16. 

Can I bring my spouse/child/guest?
Everyone in the conference center must be a registered attendee, and we do not have a spouse/guest registration. No person under the age of 18 will be permitted at the conference including the exhibit hall, breakout sessions and general session rooms. Strollers are not permitted at any time. These policies are strictly enforced and are without exception.

How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than July 1. A processing fee of $50 will apply. No refunds will be issued after July 1. If you are unable to attend the in-person conference, consider switching to the virtual conference instead to still benefit from the professional development. To cancel or switch to the virtual conference, call (888) 505-1292.
