Age Restriction:
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the exhibit hall at any time.

Attendee Lists:
ASCA does not ever share e-mail attendee or member lists with third-party organizations. If you get solicited, it is fraudulent. If you are a Gold, Platinum or Diamond sponsor, you will receive a post-conference attendee list for all attendees who "opted-in".

Conference App:

  • Search for “ASCA Conferences” in the App or Android store

  • Enter the email address that is associated with your registration badge

  • You will then receive a code via email to set your password and begin using the app. If the code does not appear in your email, please check your spam folder

  • Visit the Mobile App Questions kiosk at the Kansas City Convention Center near Registration if you are still having issues when you arrive in Kansas City. Please update your app right before the Conference to ensure you have the latest version with all the enhancements.

Dress Code:
Please represent yourself and your team in either business professional or business casual attire. During setup: jeans, t-shirts and sneakers are acceptable. No flip-flops at any time.

  • Opening Night Block Party @ KC Live- Saturday July 13, 8:00pm - 11:00pm - sponsored by Let Grow, myOptions Encourage, Responsibility.org and Walmart.

    • It's a Pick Your Party event at KC Live, the Midwest’s premier entertainment destination, located in the Power & Light District. An entire city block with two levels of world-class night spots, KC Live! is where Kansas City goes to play. Gather with other attendees for a special evening event and check out these hot spots: No Other Pub, Mosaic Lounge, Howl at the Moon, PBR Big Sky and Shark Bar. $20 additional fee (sponsors will receive 5 complimentary passes each); conference attendees only. Select online during exhibitor registration.

  • NABTU Trades Reception - Sunday July 14 5:30pm - 7:00pm - Marriott Hotel, Count Basie Ballroom on Second floor.

    • Join representatives from North America's Building Trades Unions (NABTU) for an evening reception. Mix, mingle and chat with representatives from various building trades.

  • Shipping – where, when and how to ship your exhibit booth materials

Exhibitor Lounge:

There will be an exclusive lounge stocked with snacks throughout the conference for exhibitors only. It will be located next to the Service Center just past the 2000 aisle (front right).

Every individual must be registered to receive a name badge for access to the Exhibit Hall. Name badges are not transferrable. You must have a name badge to enter the Exhibit Hall at all times – including setup and teardown. You may register your team at any time until July 1.

You may add the Opening Night Block Party @ KC Live for $20.

You may register additional exhibitors for $219 online.

You may register full conference exhibitors (attend sessions + earn CEU credits) for $399 online.

NOTE: if you are also a Full Conference attendee, please make sure you have an "Exhibitor Ribbon" on your badge to access the Exhibit Hall during setup.

Move Out
You CANNOT take your exhibit booth down prior to 1:30 p.m. on Monday July 15 – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of your exhibit space.

Floor Covering:
Floor Covering is MANDATORY. You can purchase carpet/padding through The Expo Group (exhibitor kit) or via Home Depot, Lowes or Amazon, which all have rubberized flooring available.  Example: https://www.homedepot.com/s/rubber%2520floor%2520tiles?NCNI-5. Your floor covering MUST cover your entire exhibit space. If you utilize your own floor covering and it is not compliant or cover your entire space, The Expo Group will provide you with carpeting at their cost.

eShow will be providing a Lead Retrieval App you can access on your mobile phone or tablet. All registration information including email addresses will be provided for each attendee’s badge that you scan.

ASCA does not utilize third parties to book hotel rooms.  You must contact the hotel directly via our conference website. No one from ASCA will call you. If you get solicited, it is fraudulent.

Luggage Storage:

Luggage storage will be available on Saturday, July 13 and Tuesday, July 16. 

Meals:
As an exhibitor, you will be provided with lunch and snacks each day and be permitted to eat lunch prior to attendees arriving in the exhibit hall. There will also be an exhibitor exclusive lounge located in the rear of the exhibit hall.

Pets:

Under no circumstance will any pet(s) be allowed in the Convention Center without prior written approval from ASCA.

Shipping:
Shipping information will be provided in the Exhibitor Kit. You will only be permitted to hand carry items into the Exhibit Hall. All large items must be shipped through the Expo Group.

Shipping costs, deadlines, etc. will be provided within the Exhibitor Kit. If you decide to ship your items utilizing another carrier such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc., you will be responsible for coordinating that shipment and may have to pick it up/drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Shuttle Buses:

Shuttles are provided July 12­–16 from the Sheraton and the Westin. Other hotels are within walking distance of the convention center.

Transportation:

5 Guys Transportation offers a shared ride/shuttle service for $30/person each way. A taxi is $45–$50 each way. Uber/Lyft ranges from $31–$50 depending on car type and time of day.

WiFi:
ASCA will be providing free WiFi throughout the Kansas City Convention Center. We have been advised that you should not need to purchase additional services.  However, please note that ASCA cannot guarantee coverage.
