Sheraton Grand Seattle and Westin Seattle
The Sheraton Grand and Westin Seattle are automatically canceling all reservations if they were made within the ASCA room block. No need to call. If any guests prepaid (most by school checks) the refunds will automatically be processed. It is important to note though that credit card pre-payments can take up to 30 days and check payments 60 days. Sheraton guests can email [email protected] with any specific questions since the direct phone line has limited hours it is staffed. Westin guests can call (800) 937-8461.

If you booked outside the room block or at another hotel in the area, be sure to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance so you won’t be charged
