Registration & booth prep
Exhibitor registration & name badges
Every individual must be registered to receive a name badge for access to the Exhibit Hall. Badges are not transferable — you must wear a name badge plus an Exhibitor ribbon to enter at all times, including setup and teardown. Register your team Feb. 1– July 1, 2027.
- Two exhibitor registrations included for each 10×10 space.
- Additional exhibitors: $249 online.
- Full-conference exhibitors (attend sessions & earn CEU credits): $449 online.
- Also a Full Conference attendee? Make sure you have an Exhibitor ribbon on your badge to access the hall during setup.

- Search “ASCA Conferences” in the App Store or Google Play.
- Enter the email address associated with your registration badge.
- You’ll receive a code by email to set your password (check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive).
- Update the app right before the conference for the latest version.
- Still stuck on arrival? Visit the Conference App kiosk near Registration.

Move-out
You cannot take your booth down before 12 p.m. on Monday, July 19 — no exceptions. Early teardown incurs a fee equal to the cost of your exhibit space.

As an exhibitor you’ll be provided lunch Saturday and Sunday and may eat before attendees arrive in the hall. There’s also an exclusive exhibitor and sales lounge at the rear of the Exhibit Hall, open throughout the conference for exhibitors only.

Parking and directions to the convention center are located here. Exhibit booth unloading directions will be included in the Exhibitor Kit.
