The 2025 ASCA Annual Annual Conference takes place at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, Calif. Shuttle buses run from designated hotels during the following hours: Friday, July 11, 3–8 p.m.; Saturday, July 12, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Sunday, July 13, 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; Monday, July 14, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (also evening RAMP Awards Dinner); Tuesday, July 15, 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
ASCA does not work with third parties to book hotel rooms and will never contact you to book a room; if you're contacted by someone saying they're booking hotels for the ASCA Annual Conference, it is fraudulent and they are not affiliated with ASCA.
Convention center parking is available for $15/day (overnight parking not permitted) in the Terrace Theater Parking Garage or the Convention Center Promenade Garage. Reservations aren't required but can be made 30 days in advance. Get locations and directions.
If you are flying into Long Beach:
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located 25 miles from Long Beach. The average price for Uber or Lyft is around $50-70 and prices may vary; a taxi will cost approximately $70. To access Uber/Lyft or other ride shares and taxis, you will need to follow the Green LAX-it signs. You can access LAX-it via a free shuttle. Please visit the LAX-it website if you are planning to use a ride shape app or a taxi.
If you are interested in a shared ride shuttle, you can make reservations with Karmel Shuttle. This shuttle will pick you up directly at the terminal outside of baggage claim.
